Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes, we can process orders from most any country! We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS), using either Global Priority or Airmail Letter Post. Please note that shipping will be higher if you are outside of the U.S.A., and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges like duties and customs taxes. In the unlikely event you are not pleased with your item(s) for whatever reason whether it doesn't fit or just buyer remorse, simply return it within 7 days (preferrably in the same packaging) to receive a full refund or exchange MINUS a 20% restocking fee. Q: How do I return my item(s)? Please email me within 24 hours if you plan on returning any item(s) to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number . Include in your email the reason for return, the method of payment used, and the item description. Securely package item(s) to be returned and include your RMA number. Mail package. Refund will be issued once item(s) are received and will be sent via the method you used originally to pay for your item(s) MINUS 20% restocking fee, for example if you paid with paypal then that is where your refund will go.

Q: Do you offer combined shipping? Yes, I am always happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Generally the shipping matrix I have setup will automatically combine your purchases. However, if you are ever grossly overcharged on shipping fees, I will promptly refund the difference (remember - shipping fees are actual postage, supplies and a minimal handling fee).
