We accept Visa / MasterCard / eChecks via PayPal, you don't even need to create a PayPal account to use it. PayPal offers a buyer protection program, ensuring your transaction is safe, secure and most of all a fair online transaction.
If a PayPal eCheck is used, your items will be shipped once it has cleared - usually 5 - 10 business days.
You can also use Google Wallet, a fast secure payment form where you can use any credit card of your choice. (It offers a very secure service and low fees allowing me to pass the savings onto the customer.)
We also accept payment in the form of US Postal Money Orders. Please make them payable to Michelle Nason.

Shipping is based on a Flat Rate Fee and will vary with each item(s). (Postage, delivery confirmation, supplies and a minimal handling fee are included in this cost). All items are shipped either USPS First Class or Priority mail with delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to use whichever method is most economical and convenient at the time. If you wish to add insurance incase of lost or damage in transit, please request it and an updated invoice will be sent. There is no other way to add it.
*****Most items arrive in less than 4 days from the time it was shipped; but the US Postal Service is known to occasionally take longer. We ship Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Combined shipping is offered and this is set up to work automatically when you checkout. However, if ever you are grossly overcharged a refund will be promptly sent.
In addition to the shipping information above; your items will be securely packaged. We package all things with extra precautions so that they arrive to you safe and sound. Nothing is more upsetting than to open a newly acquired treasure to find it damaged in shipment. All fragile items always have many layers around them to protect them in transit.
Most if not all of the items we carry have been previously owned, except where stated in the listing otherwise. We cannot guarantee that the environment from which they originally came was pet or smoke free. However, We take extra precautions to not purchase items that have excessive odors or pet dander and When possible we clean the item before listing it. All details of an item's condition are clearly stated in the item's description, if you have any other questions please ask prior to purchasing.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase; a refund minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued. Please see our FAQ page for instructions on how to obtain a refund. The cost of shipping and return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not sent back in the condition in which it was shipped.
